Our boots are crafted in the heart of Tuscany, the home of the world’s finest footwear for hundreds of years. Tuscan artisanship may be an old tradition, but we combine Italian technique with modern technology to create a warm, breathable, and weatherproof boot.
We use an injected welt construction to create a weatherproof seal along the sole of your boots. We treat the leather with our SuPreen weatherproof coating for an extra layer of moisture-protection. Rain, snow, and the random puddle are no match for the Stefana.
The Stefana is lined with Italian shearling, a creamy-smooth leather tanned with the wool intact. The result is pure comfort. The Stefana will keep your feet warm throughout the winter, but the unmatched breathability of shearling ensures your feet never overheat.
What’s a winter boot without some grip? We custom designed a rubber lug sole that stands up to the harshest conditions and still looks bad-ass. But don’t worry. The Stefana keeps a slim silhouette to keep you looking sleek and stylish.
Runs true to size
Lots of compliments and they were very comfy. True to fit.
Excellent quality, super warm, soft and comfortable.
It is so difficult to find winter boots to satisfy my taste. I hate ugly looking boots, I do not understand the reason why 95% of winter boots are made from the most unpractical material in the world - suede. How suede is supposed to stay clean in that snow-salt- exaust mix of our roads. Or why most boots do not have proper insulation for cold weather. And, finally, browsing internet I found Ross and Snow. Leather, shearling lining, elegant look, easy to put on. Nice, simple design, can be worn with skirts, jeans, very warm. Quality is great. True to size. I always wear size 8 and size 8 of this boots feet me perfectly. I bought cheaper, non waterproof option and applied waterproof spray. So far, boots kept my feet warm and dry during cold and snow days of January in Toronto. We had -20-30 C. Boots are very comfortable to walk despite 3 in hill. Only one missing requirement - the sole does not provide great traction control, so while sufficient for regular winter days, another option is required for really slippery days.. As such, I ordered another pair of boot from Ross and Snow - model Rosina. The heels of those is lower and the sole is thicker and seems has better traction control. Highly recommended. I checked everywhere on internet and did not find better boots from the standpoint of looks, quality, comfort and value.
Great construction. Comfortable fit. Hope to start these beautiful boots for years to come!
Black leather is very metallic. Almost cheap looking. These do not stay up and sag around the ankle quite a bit. And they squeak! Every time I take a step I can feel them creek and it feels like the heel will come off. Not sure they are worth the $$$. Was really disappointed.
