Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for our 48 lower contiguous states. HI and AK shipping cost will depend on location.

Orders made Monday- Thursday are fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders made Friday & over the weekend are fulfilled the following Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

We'll refund unworn shoes within the first 30 days. Shoes should have no wear or scuff marks on the outer or upper sole and must have original tags and box. We recommend trying shoes on carpet to ensure they fit. We do not offer exchanges at this time. We suggest returning and repurchasing your desired pair.

New loafers

These are some comfortable shoes. With the two insoles it allows to adjust to different weather temperatures. Look forward to trying them out in snowy conditions.

No rose for me

I have other pairs of Ross Snow shoes which I love but unfortunately these fell short of my expectations. Slightly uncomfortable (digs in) where the shoe fits around the ankle bone and a little bulkier than I anticipated. Could be me, but not a good fit. I’m a loyal customer and will try again with the next pair.

New favorite shoes

These are absolutely my new favorite shoes! They are incredibly comfortable and everyone from my teenage daughter to people on the street compliment me on the cool style. Slip on-slip off, they are the easiest cool comfort I can imagine. Thanks Ross-Snow!

Ridiculously Comfortable. My New Go-to!

Ridiculously comfortable! Love the sneaker bottom, but it doesn’t feel like a sneaker with the soft shearling inside. I can wear them to work or just casually on the weekend. Definitely my new go-to!
