  • Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

    No, it’s not mandatory, but it is highly recommended! Indeed, it will allow you to find your order history, edit your addresses, and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events!
  • What types of credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment services.

    Absolutely not, we never have access to this information! Shopify securely processes all financial transactions. Your data is completely safe!

    Tax is applied depending on your location within the United States.

  • How much is shipping?

    Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for our 48 lower contiguous states. HI and AK shipping cost will depend on location.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    No. We recommend placing two separate orders.
  • Am I able to edit my order?

    Order changes can not be made after the order has been submitted. The order will need to be canceled, and a new order placed. If your order needs to be canceled, please contact us at
  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    Orders made Monday- Thursday are fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders made Friday & over the weekend are fulfilled the following Monday.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    We process your order within 24 hours of payment, except on weekends and Friday after 5pm PST. We ship via UPS Ground and delivery typically takes between 1-5 business days, depending on distance within the continental 48 states.
  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you receive an email with an online tracking number.

  • What is the return/exchange policy?

    We'll refund unworn shoes within the first 30 days. Shoes should have no wear or scuff marks on the outer or upper sole and must have original tags and box. We recommend trying shoes on carpet to ensure they fit. We do not offer exchanges at this time. We suggest returning and repurchasing your desired pair.
  • Is the customer responsible to pay the shipping on returns?

    Yes, Discount Italian Shoes does not pay for the cost of return shipping.

    Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date the package is received to fully process. Please contact for special situations.
